Registration


To Register:

 1. Complete and submit the
    a) Registration Form
    b) Event Release Form
    b) Medical Emergency Authorization Form

2. Registration is incomplete if
    (1) Club 420 Association Dues are not paid
    (2) Medical Form is not completed and submitted to BBYC
    (3) Registration Form is not completed and submitted to BBYC
    (4) Event Release is not completed and submitted to BBYC
    (4) Registration Fee is not submitted to BBYC.
 
3. Registration Fee: $185.00 per competitor if postmarked on or before July 26, 2006. or $225 per competitor if postmarked after July 27, 2006.
