Bellport Village Dock Area Regulations

To All Participants: 

All of the facilities that will be utilized during the regatta, with exception of the yacht club building itself, are the property of the Village of Bellport.  This includes all docks, beaches, parks, parking lots, roadways and bay bottom in vicinity of the docks.  Persons and organizations using these facilities must comply with all Village regulations and are expected to cooperate with the Village's Dock Master, Security Guards, etc.  By registering for this regatta you are agreeing that you, and any persons supporting you, will abide by these regulations and cooperate with village personnel.  Of special importance are the following:

o   No camping or overnight sleeping is permitted on any Village property.
o   No travel trailers, campers or RVs may be utilized on any Village property.
o   Boats may NOT be tied to any dock or in or across any dock slip without Village permission.
o   No alcoholic beverages may be consumed or open containers containing  alcoholic beverages carried, on Village property.

Regatta participants who request it, may be issued a “Guest Pass” by the Village of Bellport which will permit them access to the Ferry (at guest rates), the Village Beach at the end of South Howell’s Point Road (aka “Mothers Beach”, see Village Map) and the Village Beach on Fire Island (aka “Ho Hum Beach”).
