Welcome to the 2004 Optimist National Regatta web site that we hope will provide you with all the information you need to plan for an wonderful National Regatta. Please take advantage of the links to our supporters and sponsors as they are key to providing you with an enjoyable and successful regatta. While our sailors are competing in what we think is a world class sailing venue, please take advantage of one of the most popular summer vacation spots. Long Island has much to offer, from the Hamptons and the north fork wineries to the east, to New York City to the west with miles of Fire Island beaches to the south.
